Hi Nice to meet you. I am Mia
I want to inspire my generation to Initiate, lead and create meaningful change in their communities
I was born and raised in New Jersey and New York, but Israeli at heart from day one.I spent my childhood between the Hudson & Manhattan where my mom used to take me to her office and sharing not only her successes but also her struggles, frustration & Challenges. She even used to consult me at a really young age.
I’ve loved cooking for as long as I can remember. When I was nine, we couldn't not find a cooking class that matched my skills at that time, therefore my mom suggested I create one. I built a plan, opened a workshop, and what began as an idea became Kids Cook with Mia, a venture that has within the first year and a half taught more than 350 kids across Israel, including many with celiac who came because I cook gluten-free for my sister.
My journey led me into some of Israel’s top kitchens: Shila, Popina, North Abraxas, Nini Choo and eventually to share my story on Channel 13’s Motti Reif Show and winning first place in Israel’s National Youth Entrepreneurship & Business Competition (Shavot). Later on I was selected as the youngest woman on Raanana’s “Most Influential Women” list in the Leadership & Innovation category. Today, I also serve as a Shavot Ambassador and as part of Raanana’s youth diplomacy program, representing my city and country in international initiatives.
Volunteering is a huge part of my life. I lead social activities and volunteer in many different programs.
Through everything, I’ve learned that entrepreneurship isn’t just about business it’s about impact. It’s about seeing a problem, imagining what’s possible, and taking the first brave step toward making it real.
My goal now is to inspire more kids and teens like me to create, to volunteer and to lead change in their own communities.
That’s the message I bring into every lecture, every workshop, and every conversation that one idea, built with purpose, can create real change.
